About This Tz safaris

Landscape: Wide, almost untouched floodplains and seasonal pools surrounded by mopane and acacia woodlands. The remote, raw character creates dramatic, isolated vistas and concentrated wildlife at water holes in the dry season.
Animals: Known for huge herds of Cape buffalo and spectacular hippo gatherings. Lions and leopard occur, and elephant herds frequent river margins. Birdlife spikes where water concentrates.
